Positives: Great, quick replay on the TD.
Improvements: Don't love when announcers talk about how long a half is taking. It makes it sound like you don't want to be there. The cut to the open receiver on the touchdown is not something you normally see in-play. It's a little jarring for the viewer.
Positives: Did a nice job of describing the touchdown, good energy and nice inclusion of game facts. The camera shot of the touchdown was excellent working with the play by play.
Improvements: Way too much dead air, especially with the interception. If you are not sure what happened it's ok to say it. Obviously, seeing that play was difficult. Talking about length of a game is not pleasant to the viewer in any sport.
Positives: Directing is concise and following the action of the game. The camera shots were following the play of the game and were in focus and balanced well. The score-strip graphic is simple and easy to read.
Improvements: There was a lag time of nearly 25 seconds that could have had some fill between :45 and 1:09. Some ways to help this, you could implement a color analyst that would help fill content, a replay of a best play, the lower handheld cameras could shoot the coaches, players, cheerleaders, crowd, etc. You could integrate graphics that have player stats, or promotions of other LTTV shows that are "coming up next". The audio mixing was decent, but to get more audio "oomph" you could setup a shotgun mic to capture sounds of the crowd, or if you can, a shotgun mic on a handheld camera to get more sounds amplified from the field. With the score-strip graphic, not sure if it was intended to have the grey background behind it, but if you could lose it, you wouldn't be restricting the view of the lower third.
