- 4/23 9:00 am - This was incredibly informative. Your interview was well framed and the person who spoke had a lot of great information to share. I would have liked to have seen more of a variety in your b-roll. I know there is not a lot to film in a plot of land being developed...perhaps you could have asked your interview subject for some photos of what the developments would look like or what the plans are? You have a clear call to action at the end of this project, however, for me PSA's also appeal to an audience's sense of pathos. This project was very informative and I didn't feel emotionally invested in saving this land. I would work on creating that emotional appeal for your audience in your next cut.
- 3/7 3:36 pm - To me, this is more of a news story (natty pack). Who is this guy? What do the developers plans look like? The lav wire should have been in his jacket instead of outside. Sounds like you are using the camera's built-in mic and not the lav. He looks at the camera before it cuts to b-roll. B-roll could have been a little smoother with different in and out points (it pans, then stops for a split second and then ends. Cut it before it stops).
