- 4/22 8:08 am - Strengths: 1. Excellent video quality 2. Varied shot composition/camera placement 3. Time mapping used effectively in some clips (ex. drumming) 4. You capture many of the elements affiliated with a high school football game with an emphasis on the fan experience. Areas on which to work: 1. Watch the pacing of your piece. Some shots are held too long (ex. shot of referee, shot of dance team walking on field) 2. You clearly recognize the drama slow motion can add to a shot. Be careful not to overuse this effect. By relying less on slow motion and decreasing your average shot length, you would be able to make this piece shorter without compromising the impact of your message. 3. Don't hesitate to include nat sound. Images obviously help tell a story, but so do sounds. This aspect of the high school football fan experience can be woven into your piece along with your music.

Positives: Great use of music coordination with drummers in band, fans, dancers, and football action Great diverse inclusion of all aspects of the football game from band to poms to fans in the stands - loved the final drone shot!
Improvements: Could a theme have been used to connect all of these aspects ? Like the mascot or principal or student? Would like to have heard the fans cheering - live audio of the action on the field

Positives: Great opening. This captures the attention of the viewer. The graphic usage is also very well done and matches the beat. I like the use of the music and the drone shots are well done. I also think that the drum shot down the line is effective.
Improvements: There is a lot of jumping around during this video and there does not seem to be an order to it in relation to telling the story of the game. I think that the drone flying in at the open and then matching the start of the game could have been an effective open. I also think that you could have flown the drone out at the end of the night and gone to black with the graphic. These are just minor storytelling changes that could make this project even stronger than it was. I also think that there is an opportunity to trim this video down a little bit to make it move even more quickly.

Positives: Great beginning! The shots, the edting the graphics. love the slo mo! Your visual flow is awesome. Great choice of music.. Good Job! This is exciting to watch. Loved the drum shot especially :)
