I loved the mixture between the outdoor snow scenes, the indoor chapel and funeral home scenes and the indoor library scenes with the end of the bookcases being the visions of Gideon. Perfectly portrayed the meaning of this song for me. Great job!

Positives: The opening is beautiful. Terrific cinematography and editing.

Improvements: The lead male performer could be a bit more expressive. Some transitions can be less jarring visually. See the sequence around 2:50.

Positives: I love the compositions and the beautiful rack focuses (foci?). Very committed and nuanced performances.

Improvements: Lighting could have been a little more nuanced. I wish I got the ending, but I think it's a little confusing.

Positives: The alternating timelines and the use of an otherworldly setting were VERY effective. I loved watching this video. It kept my interest the whole time. You kept hinting at things that may have happened but we never really got the payoff we wanted of seeing the actual crash. You left it up to us to imagine it and that was a great trick. I like the idea of the editing between the library stacks. It was a bit too much maybe? but a really good and original idea! Set decoration was fantastic. Loved the printed signs in the church. Loved the church set.

Improvements: No logos on clothing! This video looked so professional until I saw an Illini sweatshirt and adidas pants. Keep costuming logo free if you can. And I could have used a little more of the storyline where he's walking away from the crash all bloodied up. That was the most intense visual and I could have used more depth there. But all in all, this video was great! Awesome job!
