You could use better b-roll at the end to give some "overall picture" of the topic and then a closing shot Some audio issues and composition issues with the framing of several shots. You're on the right track, keep up the good work.

Bring a portable light with you to help light his face better. B-roll clip at :45 was too fast - only 1 second long. Something that short looks like a mistake. Good transition to the basketball season. Try to avoid ping-ponging your b-roll - meaning showing the person speaking, then 1 clip of b-roll, then back to the person, then another clip of b-roll, back to the person, etc. Good job with the story telling. The story itself flowed well together between your VOs and your SOTs.
