• 2/25 1:33 pm - I like The Ready Set Ugg tagline. Simple commercial Shot well and edited well. I think you could have used some more Dynamic shots throughout 2 fill the commercial with a little bit more energy like the tagline suggest

Judge 1

Positives: I thought the story worked well! If you want to have fun, wear your uggs! The Camera angles and editing drove the story forward, the tone was quick and exciting.

Improvements: I would have liked to hear the snow crunch under foot or the wind howl in the mix. I think the brand logo should have been black and held just a little longer at the end.

Judge 2

Positives: "Ready, Set, Ugg" is a great line! The close up shots work nicely

Improvements: The edit has too much set up arriving at the slope, leaving car, etc., that doesn't matter for the main message. You could trim that. I would like to see this as a longer edit where the line "ready, set, Ugg" is played against various scenarios that are just a couple shots long and show various Ugg products - snow boarding, walking a dog in the snow, walking with a coffee in the city, and finally, putting feet up on a couch, for some levity and punctuation at the end. Positives: I like how the product fits into the story naturally without being obvious from the start, but then is clearly highlighted eventually. Good editing with your music track to build up to the drop.

Improvements: Color correction could stand to pop more, esp on your wide shots. Though the POV shot is cool, might have been nice to have more shot variety on the ride downhill.
