Positives: Lip sync was matched well, and the song was great. I enjoyed the experimental, staccato shots. The seemed to work well with the changes in the song.

Improvements: Focus was a little soft in the forest. I didn't think the forrest was the right place for this song.

Positives: SO, the first thing I thought was... this reminds of the video for Rhinoceros by the Smashing Pumpkins. It feels weird to call the music I grew up with classic rock but here we are in the digital world and things sound different today. So it was really nice to hear an original song that captures that feeling and then to represent it in the way you did... I thought it was great. Not sure what kind of camera or filter you used but it had a cool grain to it. A lot of times, video today is much too crisp and clear for my taste. This looked refreshingly old school. Your choice of locations was pretty rad. I loved the wheat fields (or whatever those reed things are). Playing with foreground elements is cool and should become a habit of yours. It adds so much to the composition.

Improvements: The pacing of the video could have used some tightening up. It felt like you were pacing yourself to the song too much and that actually slowed the song down in my head because I was paying attention to the editing. A video with this vibe would blossom if you bounced to and from locations quicker. You don't need much time to get a point across. The one shot of the singer on the staircase felt like it lasted forever. Splicing in some quick takes of other visuals can mess with their heads. Almost like secret messages. Don't be afraid of cuts that are only a few frames long. The audience sees everything! at 00:01:15 there's traffic in the background. This is distracting because it felt like there was a lot of thought put into placing the character in environments that made it seem like she was totally alone in this world. And it worked! I love the locations. That's why seeing that traffic took me out of that headspace for a second. But overall, really awesome video!

Positives: I love the color scheme and the color correction. Muted and pastelly, it all felt very consonant with what's going on with the music. Some really pretty compositions here as well. Really nice performance by the lead actor.

Improvements: Some of your camera work seemed unintentionally shaky and out of focus. There's no real story here. There is a nice mood, but it doesn't really build to anything, except the really nicely edited section.
