Positives: You have a good editing technique with cutting back and forth between different parts of the action like the man on the computer and the kid telling the story. Its an interesting and funny concept for a film.

Improvements: The story and tone of the film is very unclear. Only by reading your entry info was I able to understand what was happening. The link between Rick Astley being a killer is completely unclear. It appears to be completely separate ideas from the trailer. Also the tone of the film is unclear, is it a horror movie or a horror comedy. If you are going to go for the horror comedy angle there needs to be more done in the edit to indicate that. And it needs to be clear that Rick Astley is killing people otherwise the whole premise is lost. Also you need to get the lyrics right in your text otherwise it doesn't make sense either. "He will never let YOU down"

Positives: The concept behind this piece is very clever, and turns a popular internet sensation on its head to create an effective horror trailer. Nice, rhythmic editorial technique to convey suspense.

Improvements: Camera movement could be used to improve the visual language of this trailer, along with dynamic lighting for the interior scenes to give the piece a little more depth.

Positives: The music and the fading in and on on with the man's picture worked perfectly for the overall mood of this trailer. The point of the story was clear from the get go and left no confusion to the viewer. Good job

Improvements: Sometimes the timing didn't match up with whatever action was taking place on the screen. We could see the guy try and stab the man sitting down but halfway through stop and then the blood was delayed. Clips need to be cut a little quicker- as the man grabs one of their ankles it takes a little bit for them to fall and I could tell their was some hestistancy.
