Tighten up the shot of the teacher. You want your audience to focus on him and not what is in the background around him. Use more natural audio in your b-roll to help tell the story of him teaching and his relationships with students.
• 3/18 8:25 am - This was a great topic and interesting story, but not fitting in this category as it is over time and has a music track playing in the background. I do like the b-roll used of this classroom. This teacher does talk about his art- I would have liked to have seen some of his art. Some of the b-roll didn't match the interview audio.
• 3/5 4:53 pm - ***I believe this may be in the wrong category. Natural audio category does not use music or any background sounds OTHER than what naturally comes from the interviews and the footage. This obviously has a music soundtrack being used and thus does not fit in the category or Natural Audio News Package. This would be just a News Package. This project is also over the time limit for this category- the time limit is 2 minutes. Good topic for the story- try to use a better mic for the interview, as audio is SO important especially in this category.
