• 4/7 11:03 am - As the other comment said, you have more of a personal story here as opposed to a news package which sticks to a pretty formulaic structure. There are, however, some great shots and awesome music as the audiobed, but your video could use some more story-telling to bring each piece together. An anchor providing voiceover in the beginning, middle, and end would provide the structure this video needs. Keep up the great work!
• 3/28 8:58 pm - While this is a great story, it’s more of a documentary and should have been entered into that category. There is no reporter track in this story and no ending for the story - just fades to black. Try to avoid ping-ponging your b-roll - meaning showing the person speaking, then 1 clip of b-roll, then back to the person, then another clip of b-roll, back to the person, etc. Jump cut at 1:04. Another at 1:41. Then the clip at 1:41 was so short (1 second) that it looked like a mistake.
