  • 4/29 7:38 pm - Very nice! Love the color scheme, the music, the graphics, etc. I think that one thing i would say is, instead of just seemingly having a 15 second commercial that's then reversed, add in some different visuals.
  • 2/25 1:29 pm - Not much to say about this commercial beside that Sprite can use it right now in their advertising campaign. It's almost unbelievable a professional and Polished this commercial looks. One of the most professional commercials I've seen from a student in my career.

Positives: Technically speaking I am very impressed. I thought I had seen this commercial while scrolling on my phone, or perhaps before the trailer at the theater. :) Camera work and editing were fun, and crisp, and reinforce the emotional tone that can be triggered by the product.

Improvements: I think the piece struggled narratively. I'd have liked to see a human element. A hand, mouth, drinking sounds. Rewinding was technically intriguing but it did not drive the narrative or the information forward.

Positives: Very well executed table top visuals Great use of foley sfx - very authentic sounding Great lighting Love the use of reverse footage....

Improvements: ... but there is nothing in the edit to justify its presence, which makes it feel like a gimmick. There may be a way to make it work though the AVO - ie, is there a theme you could find where it's valuable to start over? A (re)fresh start to your afternoon....? The pink doesn't really work - it's off brand and doesn't cue refreshment

Positives: Yes! really slick animations and editing. I like the simplicity fo the concept, and the pause/rewind gfx really put the spot in context with your target audience.

Improvements: Not sure about the pink background. Also, might have been cool for the pace to pick up in the second half, and have the backward section go faster and further back to reveal more uncharted territtory.
