Im impressed with the use of names from the opposing team. Very clean scoreboard look. And I like to see a closer version of the wide shot for a replay or cutaway sometimes. If it’s not the wide shot, the end line cameras get taken, and they don’t always provide the best angles. And those cameras in general have some really nice depth of field, but the focus was hard to track on the right subject a number of times. Although the depth is fun, infinite focus during live games has huge value. Good use of replay, and I like that the commentators speak into it when it happens

Positives: Your play-by-play announcer is talking a good amount for TV. And your analyst has talked to the players, which is great.

Improvements: Tough to tell off the top who is doing color and who is doing play-by-play. It would be better if the roles were defined and there was less talking over each other. The shot that ends at :37 pulls off the subject before the director cuts.

Positives: - Enthusiasm of the announcers was evident throughout; great job with the call! - Nice work utilizing multiple cameras for replays, cutaways, etc.

Improvements: - Remember that the live game is always the most important thing, so if you're going to try and work a replay in be careful that you're not stepping on top of live action (live the steal towards the end of this clip). - Game camera framing can be a little bit tighter - remember that most people are probably watching this on a small screen so get them a little closer to the action!

Positives: Good use of tight shots after the baskets. Like how the announcer brought up a conversation they had with a player - that shows the prep work that went into this broadcast. Good reference of the players brothers who play ball in college - again good prep work. Good use of replay.

Improvements: Continue to work on the camera work - the tight shots are hard, as you have to follow players and don't know when they are going to change direction on you.
