4/26 9:03 am - Great editing and suspense. Shooting is shaky.
2/25 2:22 pm - STORY: Story wasn’t clear and didn’t make me want to watch this movie. The point of a trailer is to tease the plot of the movie, introduce the characters, introduce the conflict, and leave the audience curious and wanting to see the film.
CAMERA: All of the camera work seemed very rushed, very shaky, not well composed. Not sure why this style of camera work was used.
EDITING: Not much to say about the editing here. You definitely could have shot MORE and then had more to work with on your edit.
LIGHTING: No evidence of any lighting used other than whatever was available on location. When you are shooting scenes that are at night outside or in dark places inside, you still need to bring in additional lighting to get proper exposure for your image quality. EVEN IF you want it to look dark, you need more light.
AUDIO: The voice over didn’t really help convey the important things about the story for this trailer. The music was fine.
