- 4/27 11:07 am - A bit too much text on-screen during this demonstration. Whenever you use white text, be sure to add a border or shadow so that it is easy to read over similar shaded backgrounds. Voiceover in this demo would have been great to help cut out some of the text so the audience doesn’t have to read the entire time. The camera angles are pretty straight- on throughout without a lot of variety. The dish looks fantastic!
- 4/26 9:08 am - An interesting recipe–I’ve never seen toffee in a cinnamon roll before. Would love to try it! Nice variety of shots, and I like the speeded up yeast shot. A good, additional shot would be to cut open a cinnamon roll and show the rings inside. At least one typo, “rissen”. The graphics are a bit overwhelming. Perhaps break up into smaller sections. Could also use redesign on font, color, and placement to make them a bit easier to read.
- 4/20 9:40 am - Works well - Good variety of shots and lots of details shown. Good choice of music. Clear instructions. Needs work - Text was often hard to read over the background. Inconsistent use of periods. Weird placement of words. "Risen" mis-spelled.

Improvements: Captioning moved too quickly to read. Needed a narrator badly. Music loud.

Positives: I like the step by step of this video, but I would like to hear a voice talk me through it. I like the shots and quick edits.
Improvements: The start of your video is strong, but you could use the clicking of the gas as a natural sound which will engage the viewer. Some of the shots move fast and it makes it hard to follow.
