  • 4/26 6:22 pm - Good use of a variety of camera angles. Great edited footage. Very well done!
  • 4/22 7:37 am - Cool concept and with a very interesting guest. The introduction was outstanding and the incorporation of B-Roll throughout was a nice touch. The brightness on the isolation shot of Rachel was a bit lower than the 2 shot. The intro and outro was a nice fit as well.

Positives: -Great use of B-roll -Your questions were focused and that allowed your guest to shine

Improvements: -Audio, place the lavalier mic a little higher and be mindful of your movement, the mic is picking it up -Could use a little more light

Positives: 1. Really dynamic interviewer! You did your research and had a lot of chemistry with the subject. 2.

Improvements: 1. There's a lot of head room in your opening shot, and you're looking up at the camera in that shot. Keep it at eye level. At times you're also almost halfway out of the frame. 2. I would have liked to see more dynamic b roll. Even when you only have stills, you can add some movement to them so it's not just a static photo.

Positives: 1. The B-roll provided in the video was effective to the interviewee telling her story. It was visually pleasing and it was edited very nicely which was an excellent way to keep your viewers engaged. As well as the research done by the interviewer with great questions to keep the conversation going. 2. The lighting/setting expresses a dreamy mood to your show. A bedroom is a quiet, private, and personal space and I think this concept was achieved very nicely through the purple LED lights set up in the room. It conveys a welcoming mood between the interviewer, interviewee, and the viewer.

Improvements: 1. The two shot of the interviewer and interviewee need to be framed a little less tight. Give them both a little bit of lead room and make sure not to readjust any cameras during the interview. At one point the interviewer was significantly out of frame. As well as the digital close up on the interviewee needs to be in focus. She starts to look very soft compared to your wide shot. 2. Graphics need to have a little more color or drop shadows to really grab the viewers attention. Make sure to experiment with different unique fonts to really match the feel of your show.
