This video is about domestic violence. It shows that this can happen in any relationship. We might see a happy couple but in realty they are not. The purple represents mixed emotions between them. This is a very important message and shows diversity in the relationship.

• 4/28 3:27 pm - Domestic violence is an important topic. I think you picked something relevant, and showing that it can happen in any relationship was also a good thing to highlight. I think showing a few different couples would have also worked to show the diversity of relationships it could happen in. Especially having it without dialogue, so seeing blips of different couples would have worked. Good call to action at the end.

Positives: The music for this piece supported the overall tone. The slow-motion was a nice technique to break up the different shots. There was a variety of different angles and camera shots that provided different perspectives.

Improvements: The overall message of the piece was not clear until the text on-screen at the end. The lack of narration or other audio elements contributed to the piece being unclear. Quicker cuts and more creativity in the shots could have helped the piece move along.
