  • 4/27 10:42 am - Great demonstration. Easy to follow steps from start to finish. I like the mix of on-camera audio but I don’t think the background music level needs to be adjusted to allow for it. There is also no on-camera audio during the second half of the video during the mixing or oven opening/closing. The text works, but make sure to frame your shots accordingly to allow room for the text to come in. Overall, good job!
  • 4/26 9:03 am - A very ambitious topic, and you actually manage to cover all of the steps! Impressive! Fun music, appropriate energy. Clear shots of steps.
  • 4/24 5:21 pm - Works Well - Lots of clear visuals to show each step. Nice compositions. Good use of sped-up footage to condense time. Needs Work - Even though the music was lively, this video felt too long, especially when the song notably started over. Some shots were underexposed. Some of the text looked crowded.

Positives: Good read and very interesting topic.

Improvements: Some captions needed to be on the screen longer to read clearly. Lighting poor in some cases. No narrator and captions only makes it hard to see visual demo and read info at the same time.

Positives: Great uses of natural sound during this video. The natural sound makes a huge impact on a video, and you use it well. Good job showing in detail when needs to be done for this, it makes it easy to follow.

Improvements: Try to keep the opening graphic up longer so the viewer can see them all, and take note of them. Careful how quickly you lower the music. Try to make a fade a little more gradual. When doing overhead shots make sure to keep the camera in one place and not to move it. I actually wish you would have talked through this it would have made it even stronger to hear a voice.
