• 4/23 1:21 pm - In August 2021 that number of hospitatlity workers in America quit their jobs, but how much of it was because of how they were treated by customers? Finding information/stats that deal specifically with how the lack of kindness towards hospitality workers affects them would add some depth and validity to it. I thought your story was filmed well, and the impact of that going into her phone call was touching.
