  • 4/27 10:03 am - The voiceover script was well thought out and recorded and helps to carry the video and makes it easy to follow. The music works and there is a good mix of close ups that are all composed well. The pacing of the video is a little slow and could be sped up at parts so the ending doesn't have to be so abrupt. Overall good job!
  • 4/26 8:59 am - Narrator has nice, clear voice This is an ambitious topic to teach! Music is a bit loud and downbeat. Maybe zoom in on a specific place on the label where the yarn weight is found–hard to see so quickly if unfamiliar. I appreciate you are trying to be thorough, but there are still terms you are using that are not familiar and going by too quickly.
  • 4/22 9:51 am - Works well - Great shot variety and visual details. Good use of minimal text. Voice over was clear and sounded good. Needs work - Some of the actions are redundant and could be possibly sped up.

Positives: Good idea and story. Good narration.

Improvements: Some on-camera demo too dark to see detail. Camera could have been in closer on demos.

Positives: Good job the shots by showing the viewer exactly what they should be looking for. I like the use of wide-medium-tight shots. The levels are good and do not distract from the video. I also think that the music is a good choice for this video. The close-ups help to show what you want the viewer to do.

Improvements: There are a couple of times when there is too much silence, and I wish there was more narration happening. Watch for some of the shots that are shaky. When this happens it tends to be a distraction for the viewer.
