  • 4/27 11:17 am - Great demonstration with good, clear instructions. I like the use of graphics throughout, I only wish there were more of a variety in the camera composition. The background music levels are a bit loud which makes it hard to focus on the steps. Overall, great job!
  • 4/26 9:10 am - Nice variety of shots to detail the process. Narrator is personable and clear. I like that you provide different examples of ways to be creative with the stitches you show. Music is a bit distracting. This is a really hard thing to teach; I think you do a good job introducing it. Some even closer shots of the intricate process would probably help someone trying to learn the stitches.
  • 4/24 5:28 pm - Works Well - Good, clear instructions. Slow and calm without feeling boring. Nice visuals and graphics to illustrate the loops. Felt like a very informative video overall. Needs Work - Holding up the yarn and needles to the camera to show size doesn’t quite work. Maybe hold it next to a ruler or coin for reference? The voice-over was easy to understand, but sometimes following the actions/patterns was tricky. More graphics of loop detail might be helpful.

Positives: Good job with story and visual demo. Easy to understand.

Improvements: Some shots of demo could have been tighter.

Positives: Great start to your video. You do an effective job of engaging your audience. Good audio levels and very smooth from standup to tracks. I like the graphic in the corner of the screen. Good job of using the overhead shot and transitioning from knitting to showing what they look like and getting closer

Improvements: I would watch the audio of the music. While your VO is very strong the music can be a little loud at times. I would try to get a little more variety in your shots. It will help to engage the audience a little bit more.
