Positives: -Great job! The change in angles were very fluid and not jarring. -Every shot change made sense. The shot was wider when more people came in the frame. As a viewer, I didn't feel like I was missing anything.

Improvements: -Try to limit dissolves if you can. They can take away from the overall product and become jarring. As humans, we blink in solid cuts, not dissolves. -around 1:40 the pan was a bit aggressive. If you pan, make sure it's smooth and has purpose.

Positives: Nice variety of camera angles and placement! Having a little movement in the camera shots and dissolves compliments the light hearted musical feel.

Improvements: In the middle when everyone is dancing, some of the camera transitions happened a little too often and the pacing was off. Let some of the shots breathe a little longer and let the music guide you and be the motivator of when to make your transitions. Overall great job!

Positives: - The director did a good job of utilizing a large number of cameras, cutting at a reasonable pace for the performance. Loved the use of hard cuts early when it was just the soloists but then changing to dissolve transitions as more performers took to the stage. - Audio was beautifully mixed.

Improvements: - With so many cameras available, I would have liked to have a few more close-up shots of the soloists. That would help with your cutting throughout the song - instead of going from wide shot of the left of the stage to wide shot of the right of the stage to different wide shot from left, consider at least one of those shots to be a tight isolation shot on just one performer, or a very small number.
