The example at the beginning of the ruse burglary put us right into the action of what is happening and has the audience wondering what's going on. Your actor's were good, and I really felt for the homeowner (don't trick him like that, have a heart!!!). Your camera shots and angles helped tell the story, the split screen between the man and the worker vs. the burglary fit so so well. It was really the best choice for showing what was happening. And then going into the policeman telling what a ruse burglary is and giving the call to action with steps, flowed seamlessly and tied it all up in a nice bow. Informative, engaging, and very well executed. One critique I'd have is that the dialogue at the beginning felt a little off...like the ADR was slightly off from the dialogue he was originally saying. But the fact that he had a masked on actually helped mask it. Otherwise, this was excellent. Truly.
Judge 1

Positives: There were a variety of shots and different angles to support the overall message. The use of different sound effects really added to the piece. The split-screen was a creative technique for a transition.

Improvements: The second half of the video with the officer could have benefited from a music track. The call to action at the end needs to be longer so the viewer can read all the information listed or the call to action needs to have less text on the screen.

Judge 2

Positives: Technically, this was exceptional. The editing and text screens really helped the momentum.

Improvements: The elderly man actor could have been a bit better.

Judge 3

Positives: Important message. Well done re-enactment. Very effective. Good use of police officer.

Improvements: Some audio hard to understand.
