- 4/27 11:24 am - This is more of a compilation video rather than a concise, demonstration video. For that reason it seems a bit all over the place. They seem like great snippets of larger news segments, but the audience isn’t learning anything from start to finish on any of them. The audio sounds clean from the hosts and the static camera shots could use some movement for a more dynamic demonstration.
- 4/26 9:11 am - Man making sausage is personable and interesting. Good audio from the people on camera. It’s hard to tell exactly how useful the demonstration is since we only see parts. For the most part, this is just one camera. While the shot looks nice, it is static.
- 4/24 5:18 pm - Works Well - Great-looking set. Feels like a professional cooking segment that might be part of a news program or morning show. Uncle Gregg himself is engaging and interesting to watch, and the “interviewer” does a good job as well. Needs Work - Impressive overview of multiple videos, but none of them present the viewer with a full set of instructions.
