- 4/27 11:02 am - Great use of stop motion during the demonstration! My only real issue with the entire video is the font and titles are a bit hard to read. ALWAYS use borders/shadows when using white text to help it pop over light backgrounds. The ingredient lists are bit hard to read in general due to the kerning of the font choice. The demonstration overall was great!
- 4/26 9:08 am - Fun, appropriate music. Some really nice shot compositions. Nice color. Steps are clear, and good job getting closeup of crimping crust. I like the stop-motion action. Maybe all of the steps are not 100% clear. Do the two pre-made crusts go on top of each other when rolling them out? How is the egg wash applied?
- 4/20 9:46 am - Work well - Great details and good-looking shots. Good use of fast speed to condense the "boring" parts. Fun animation and dancing pies. Needs work - The font was slightly hard to read at times.

Improvements: Graphics with info needed to be on the screen much longer to read and understand them. Total demo was too quick and seem to skip some details.

Positives: I like the use of the stop motion during this process I think it does a good job of matching the energy of the music. Nice variety of camera angles used in this video. The use of wide-medium and tight helps to put the viewer in the right position to make this treat.
Improvements: The music comes in a little loud, and is a little distracting at times. It seems like you are trying to rush through the steps of the process when you ramp up you speed so much. While it matches the tempo of the music it does not make for an easy watch.
