- 4/27 11:14 am - Great unique demonstration! The steps are easy to follow although I wish there was some variance in the shot composition. The audio at the end of the video is a little hard to hear and might have made more sense as a voiceover. Adding a little text throughout the video would help to illustrate the steps a little further. Overall, good job.

- 4/24 5:28 pm - Works Well - Clear and helpful explanations. Good variety of shots. Friendly host. Needs Work - Lighting changes from the opening shot to the second shot. Some of the shot framing could improved, such as when the host steps out of frame to say goodbye. Don’t assume the viewer knows what vegetable oil and molasses look like. Maybe show old oil vs new?
