Three friends get trapped in a 70's disco movie. When disaster strikes, they find they must dance their way out.
Positives: Really excellent emotional work by the actors; the impact of the story beats were well played on their faces. Really enjoyed the overall structure and concept - descent into the "alternate world" of Disco has all the hallmarks of classic story structure.
Improvements: Comedic moments could have been played more aggressively - the Disco guy has them "trapped" and entranced? Let's see that. Similarly, clearly Disco/DiscoWorld was "bad" for the trio, and they wanted to escape... but - why? Would have loved more attention to the terribleness of the fashion, or the beats, or the dancing - and in seeing them "suffer" (comedically) with it.
Positives: Good set decoration edit was clean, story was easy to follow
Improvements: cleaner audio, a bit of an echo add some camera movement improve actors delivery, possible table read, where delivery comes off more natural
Positives: I was so impressed by this film! From the exceptional use of music to the clever and original dialogue, and the even distribution of funny gags and jokes throughout, it was practically perfect in every way. The editing and cinematography were also excellent. Congratulations on creating such a fantastic piece, and I hope you all continue making such great work!
Improvements: Again, I loved your film! Just a small and humble suggestion: a final dance-related joke at the very end could have put a perfect bow on it. Nonetheless, the Netflix line worked well. Great work! I can't really find any other criticisms.
