- 3/22 2:06 pm - Great ending to include the call. Normally the PSA shows the driver is injured or stops at the crash, but this was a nice inclusion to drive home the message. Creative idea to show side by side shots while also including wide shots of consistencies. Nicely done.
- 3/6 7:18 pm - I like how you had the two scenarios side by side to show us what could have happened if he had left his phone behind versus what happens when he checks a text. Great job!
Judge 1
Positives: As a whole, the editing sequence and use of split-screen was unique and helped convey the story. The creative use of camera movement and angles helped create a feeling of urgency at the start of the piece. The call to action at the end was clear.
Improvements: The audio could have been improved upon by raising the dialog along with including a soft music bed. The use of split-screen should have been removed for the shot of the parent texting and a wider angle could have been used since it was the same action in both scenarios.
