3/27 10:40 am - Works well - Good acting/performances from talent. Good use of music. Good variety of shots. Needs work - The opening interview section is way too long. It's honestly not clear as an outsider if this is a documentary about a real team or a mockumentary about a fake one.
3/2 11:53 am - Good editing effect at 1:20. Fix audio ( waaaay too hot 2:15ish and 2:30 and 2:50). Didn't come across as a comedic narrative. Not really a funny story here.
2/21 1:52 pm - Camera: half of the initial studio interview shots are out of focus. Also, why is everyone framed on the right side? You could have varied the positions from left, center, and right. A lot of the camera work in the b-roll from the dodgeball tournament was absurdly shaky
Lighting: the studio shots should have been lit better. 3-point lighting (key, fill, back) is essential for any kind of studio interview shot. Appropriate lighting would also have helped with your image quality AND focus.
Sound: there are a ton of spots with hot audio, totally overmodulated.
Editing: the editing was rough
Story: this is not a comedic narrative. It’s not a scripted comedy short film. It’s either a funny documentary or a funny news package which doesn’t appeal to anyone outside of your school. It’s like an inside joke that’s only funny to the people in it, but makes no sense or has no appeal to anyone outside of it.
