Positives: The editing is consistent.
Improvements: The makeup can be more convincing. There are some minor dialogue sync issues.
Positives: The story was really clear and well-performed. The actor did an especially nice job performing the song in synch, it's not easy to do. The editing was really nicely done as well.
Improvements: I thought the camera and lighting could have been a little stronger. There could have been a little more variety in the angles, and a little more sculpting in the lighting. I think the choice to have a low-contrast, almost high-key lighting scheme was not the best for the subject material.
Positives: interesting use of image layering. The shot with the roses falling was a standout. Also the shot with her bleeding on the letter. That was creepy! In a good way.
Improvements: Story was confusing and not in a way that made you want to learn more. The blood was overused and confusing. It also looked like a booger. But I did enjoy this video a lot. Great job!
