3/27 2:36 pm - Works well - Good concept and well-written. Fun idea to show us all his fears come to life. Good variety of shots. Good performances from talent. The comedic payoff was funny. Needs work - The camera image looks flat. The tension never built as high as it should have. The pacing was a bit slow at times, making this slightly too long for the simple story. Maybe the "daydreams" could have been quicker?
2/24 2:19 pm - The film needed to be enhanced visually. Too grainy. Audio matched very well in some areas, particularly with the music, but the audio levels for the dialogue were inconsistent. Good effort at storytelling.
2/21 12:59 pm - Camera: the footage looks like it was shot in log and didn’t get color graded. The purpose of shooting in log or a raw format is to color grade the video afterwards or use a LUT. This just looks flat and gray. Lighting: lighting was inconsistent; not sure if it impacted your exposure, because a lot of the shots had soft focus. More lighting could have helped with having crisp focus and a less noisy picture. Sound: Some of the dialogue sounded like it was recorded with the on-board microphone on the camera - a lot of noise. The music bed choices were clever and fit the scenes well. Editing: proficient Story: The story is simple and it makes sense, but it didn’t deliver a lot of laughs.
