Sound: Music was great, worked well for pico de gallo. Camera/Lighting/editing: The camera angles were good and they were framed well. Editing was beautiful on the vegetable part, very crisp and clean.
  • 4/15 8:47 am - Good use of Close-Up camera shots at the beginning of the video to catch the viewer's attention. I enjoyed the fast editing as the various foods were chopped. Good use of high angle camera shots during the demonstration. Very well done. Keep producing more videos.
  • 4/12 11:17 am - Story Demonstration conveys clear step-by-step process that was creative especially with the cuts. Audio work was okay. The song selected fit the story Camera: Camera work was okay. Framing was excellent during the demo. I wish there was more shot variety in the video. For example instead of using what appeared to be still in the opening camera movements would have been more effective. Lighting was excellent Editing was excellent especially the chop parts.

Positives: The close up and edited butting and mixing were very interesting and added a new angle to cooking demos.

Improvements: More segments of how to do especially at end of sequence.

Positives: I really like the close-up shot of the ingredients at the start of the video. The music helps support the quick pace of the shots. I like the lighting on the shots as well as it helps to show the items. I like the cutting technique for the ingredients but also remember that you can use a medium to tight shots for this as well.

Improvements: There are a couple of times when the object moves and it impacts the lighting, try to remove those types of distractions. I actually wish you did not speed it up so much. I think that this process is quick to begin with and when you just ramp up the speed it can take away from the quality of your work.
