  • 4/27 3:03 pm - Story: Your steps were clear and made sense. I think that there were parts of the story that were distracting. Some of it was funny, and worked well ("you have 30 seconds left" going with the step - budget your time.), but some it felt a little too much and took away from production value and conciseness ((dark chocolate twinkie, etc.). Sound: Your audio was pretty clear and sounded good through the majority. There was one part where the subject is walking in and it sounds far away, which makes me think you used a boom/shotgun type mic (1:14). Consider using a lapel for the times when you are walking, etc. Camera: Having movement and a variety of shots was done nicely, and you had some creative shots happening. There were times where it seemed like you used zoom ins in editing, versus getting close ups when filming. Lighting: Everything was clear and done effectively. Editing: This was pieced together well, and it had a certain flow to it that worked and helped tell the story. There were a few jump cuts, and as mentioned earlier close ups versus zooming in, as well as some wipes that didn't work for me. Personal opinion. Overall, this was an enjoyable edit with humor, just take a look at the fine tuning.
  • 4/27 6:35 am - Story: Message is clear Sound: Audio work was good and mix was appropriate. Camera: Good composition. Could have used more shot variety, movements, and angles Lighting: Good
  • 4/22 7:20 am - Music selection and sound effects work well with the images you recorded. Good variety of different camera angles throughout the demonstration. Good use of different video transitions. Very well done. Keep producing more videos.
