Including what you need ahead of time is good and helpful for anyone who is wanting to make this. One suggestion would be to give a range (pr specific) amount of what you need for the fruit. How much fruit and berries, how much is a prearranged bowl? That way everything is super clear. Overall, it looks delicious, and showed the demo in a way that makes sense.

Good use of text over the video for the directions and ingredients. I did appreciate how you formatted the text to fit the curve of some of the shapes in the video. Video was clearly shot and I liked the different angles of some of the b-roll. Overall, well done!

Positives: This demonstration is full of engaging visuals from a variety of well-composed shots. The backgrounds are clean and not distracting. There is creative choice in the angles used, especially in shots such as at 00:19. The titles work well with how the shots are framed. The audio is well-mixed and the voiceover is well-recorded. The voiceover track is clean and the speaker has good energy. The levels are well-balanced between the voiceover and music.
Improvements: The visuals of the project would be improved by softer lighting. The one hard light looks harsh as it is now. The angle of the light at 00:05 flattens the image and creates harsh reflections at 00:32 - 00:34. Overall, the movement feels motivated by the pace of the video, but the pan at 00:43 felt startling, it is a little fast to feel intentional.

Positives: Good volume for sound effects, music, and voice over., I like the movement of the camera during the video. Nice step-by-step of this process.
Improvements: There are some shadows in the video, but they are not overly distracting. I am not sure there is a need for the SFX. While they are not overwhelming they do not add much to the video.
